Like logs in a river that pile up one by one blocking the water's flow, unexpected life events happen, but unlike a river, we get to choose to move them, climb over them or create something new.

Some make plans to move the logs, one at a time and move on to realize their hopes and dreams. Josette J. Veltri is a certified coach offering personal and professional enhancement strategies for clients looking to evolve and take the next steps toward living life with success and fulfillment. Josette believes life is a journey, traveled with a purpose, filled with love, peace and abundance.
In addition to her certifications as an anger resolution therapist and professional life coach, Josette is a Florida State Mediator where she consistently applies her training skills to create positive change and resolve conflicts. Josette is an active member of numerous professional organizations including the International Coaching Association, the South Florida Mediation Association and the Society of Human Resources.
Josette began her consulting career with JP Morgan and HSBC Investment Bank where she provided management support, employment strategies and succession planning for various departments and management teams within these corporations. During her tenure as an outplacement counselor with Drake Beam Morin, she facilitated career strategies and techniques for creating positive first impressions as well as conducted proprietary testing to assess client skills and interest.
As a proprietor, Josette developed and managed instructional programs for individuals of various ages as well as renowned corporations, such as the Marriott Hotel, Citibank and Grumman. As a mentor and business partner for community colleges, high schools and professional placement organizations, Josette’s goal is to bridge the gap between educational and business needs. As a bereavement consultant, Josette assists clients in achieving greatness by overcoming obstacles from unfortunate planned or unplanned events.
By learning to achieve an extraordinary existence, Josette is driven by her mission to inspire others to create their own unique footprints in life and to look for the rainbow after every storm.
