Jean’s background includes over 25 years experience in restaurant management, human resources, training and people development.  She has opened over 75 restaurants, and in the process trained and coached over 10,000 employees. Jean has worked with several well known restaurant companies including Stouffer’s, Rock Bottom, Guinness, Peaberry Coffee, and Chipotle Mexican Grill.

Jean holds certifications in:  Professional Coaching, Human Resources, Organizational Development and is a Certified Chef.  Her style is characterized by being present and focused.

In addition to the above certifications, Jean is a trained facilitator and has facilitated hundreds of workshops for small and large groups on topics such as customer service, time management, leadership development, Situational Leadership (SLII), listening, team building, presentation skills, train the trainer and sales building.

Jean lives in Lyons, CO with her husband Bill and their two dogs, Finn and Oliver. Jean received her bachelor’s degree in Management with a minor in Marketing from the University of Dayton.
