About Jeff...
Jeff Crampton began his coaching and consulting career in 1993 when a large automotive aftermarket manufacturer engaged him to travel around the country and teach their clients how to best use their product for maximum results and improve the clients business productivity.
In 1995 Jeff made a career move from the automotive industry to residential mortgages. As Vice President of Business Development for a major regional mortgage banker, his responsibilities included coaching and consulting the company's 50 Loan Officers and Realtors they did business with as a added value to those relationships.
A long time student of the mastery of small business basics, client relationship development, and delivering the "wow" factor, Jeff now coaches and consults on a full time basis. Whether one on one, or in a class room workshop type setting, Jeff engagingly and affordably delivers his years of experience and insightful strategies.
