For the past 30 plus years I. Michael Cash has held executive and ownership positions in many diversified industries. In his capacity in merchant banking, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and financial consulting and advisory services has giving him broad knowledge and unique experience in all aspects of business and business management. He has encountered and successfully addressed a multitude of business and life challenging issues throughout his private life and business career.
Michael has served on the Board of Directors of a number of public and private companies. His experience includes launching numerous startup organizations as well as restructuring and working out of many difficult business challenges. He has guided and provided direction and motivation to numerous individuals that encounter the obstacles, problems and uncertainty’s that business management, career building and life issues bring about.
Due to his diversified background and business and life experiences he is well equipment to provide coaching and advisory services to individual dealing with all the issues that a business manager, an entrepreneur or a staff member can encounter and needs to overcome.
For the past 10 years Michael has been involved in the legal technology field. He is the principal shareholder of a technology consulting firm that specializes in providing consulting and advisory services to individual attorneys and law firms. Michael recognizes the needs of the individuals in this profession for support and guidance and business acumen that is required to meet the daily and long-term business challenges and demands on their personal lives as well. Michael\'s coaching skills are geared to meet the needs of new attorneys just starting out, associates that are in the middle of their career and sole practitioners and managing partners of law firms .
