I help those professionals who have their life together yet still want more -more answers, more clarity more perspective and, at times, more purpose.

‘The client has all the answers’ is the premise of Coaching.  As the Coach, it is my role to actuate and elicit the client’s “inner knowing”. Consultants, on the other hand, deliver the solutions. As a Business Consultant in the Sacramento area, I was employed to provide answers. I did that, however in most cases, I also found myself working with the client on their personal beliefs, habits and life balance. Hence, my Coaching career was born. I am still occasionally employed on Consulting projects, however Coaching is my passion.

The Schedule:
I work to ensure all appointments are convenient for you. These meetings can be held from the comfort of your office or home by telephone or Skype. I love face to face meetings and we can arrange that as well if you feel you would gain more from them. How long you choose to work with me is up to you.

The Rapport:
I must be flexible in order to help you to be productive. Understanding that people operate, communicate and learn differently, it’s my job to discover your M.O. and speak your language. You will find me to be trusting, compassionate and honest and understand that each coaching session is completely confidential.

The Session:
Because no two clients are alike, no two Coaching Sessions are alike. I have my own programs (includes LeaderU© , U-Turn© and Coherence© modules) and a bounty of other resources which are loaded with many tools, references, self-tests, etc. That said, whether we meet for one or several dozen sessions, your program will be personalized. I never use a cookie cutter.

My Coaching Program is designed to help you gain greater insight, clarity and focus. You will come away from each coaching session with answers and lucidity as well as simple and practical action steps designed to help you make progress toward your goals.
