Do you yearn for guidance from someone who has been there? My years of working within my family’s business have been exciting and rewarding. At times, it has also been extremely frustrating and very stressful. Attempting to juggle the responsibilities of wife, mother, daughter and sister and have healthy working relationships with those same people can shred nerves and cause heartache. I can help other women find peace and satisfaction by coaching them to successfully manage competing priorities, focus on what is important to them and pursue personal dreams and goals.

For the majority of my life I have served in many different roles at various family businesses in the US and Canada. My current role is CFO of Cardinal Homes, Inc. a company involved in construction and related manufacturing. Like many other company leaders, I have struggled to manage through an economic downturn that has devastated top and bottom lines and demanded extreme sacrifice from all staff members.
My path has led to working for my father and working with brothers and sisters on many levels. The next generation is now active in the business and I am mentoring my children as well as nieces and nephews. I have extensive experience with all aspects of business administration – finance, cash management, loss control and insurance, financial forecasting, human resource management, community relations, etc. I have championed a safe and healthy environment for all team members and have helped to implement systems that naturally encourage desired behavior.
