Darrell's mission in life is to be a catalyst for change,and he has expressed this working as a counselor and consultant to mental health patients, students, business leaders and volunteers. He recognizes the best in everyone and supports them in living a full and meaningful life.

With a lifelong history of involvement in personal growth he has been an instrument of change, inspiring and motivating others to reach out for their dreams and challenge themselves to grow to their fullest potential.

His professional background is broad and diverse. For over twenty years he has worked in the mental health and financial service industries. Out of his own personal and professional challenges has come a deep understanding and appreciation for the process of facing obstacles and focusing on creating positive results.

He has demonstrated leadership and motivational skills while serving as President of the Board for Timpany Center in San Jose, California, Logistics manager for the Holiday Project National Convention in San Francisco, and Mentor Coordinator for a local business group in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and Masters in Education he became committed to empowering and making a difference in the quality of people’s lives. He believes that each and every person has a purpose and the unique expression of a gift to offer the world. As a coach, he serves to allow individuals to bloom and to optimize their capacity to turn goals into reality.
