How does coaching work?
As a certified professional coach, I am able to give each person the tools to know that they are braver then they believe, stronger then they seem and smarter then they think. By doing this I am able to help people regain control of their life and assist them the through the transition from their current situation to their ideal life style. As part of this process, you and I will compare your current situation with your vision. Then we will outline the steps needed for to you to achieve your dream. During coaching sessions, you and I will put into practice individual skills. As your coach, I will be supportive, your personal cheerleader, document your progress, and encourage you to make the necessary changes to maximize your potential.
About Roz
Roz is a Certified Professional Life Coach with special emphasis on career planning, career exploration and military transition. She has been coaching and training adults for most of her life - both paid and unpaid. Her mission is to help people develop to find their full potential.
Roz has been on both sides of management… more than once… and has participated in hundreds of interviews and read even more resumes.
As a military spouse for over 11 years, enduring 3 eighteen-month long combat deployments and a multitude of shorter training separations. Roz know first-hand the unique challenges military families face on a daily basis.
Roz helps military spouses tap into their inner strength to use the separation during a deployment as a time for personal growth, self exploration and nurturing their relationships. By helping you set goals and work toward them in a structured way, I can teach you how to turn a difficult year into a valuable opportunity for rediscovering what’s important to you and finding balance in your life.
Roz also works with service members to assist them through the transition from the military world to the civilian sector. Roz understands that outside of buying a home transitioning from military with 5, 10, 15 or even 20 years of service is a very difficult and stressful time in any person’s life.
