So, What is the "Coaching" Hype All About?
Perhaps you are wondering, what is the big deal of utilizing a coach? Coaches assist individuals towards discovering the “gaps” in their life and provide strategies to close them until they disappear. Gaps are the issues, strongholds or barriers (i.e. low self-esteem, procrastination, and/or negativity) that stunt growth, cripple with fear, and/or convince the mind that your aspirations are unattainable. Gaps prevent individuals from living an empowered life. Coaching positions you to realize that you possess everything needed to remove every gap from your life!
As a Leadership Development Coach I Believe...
• There is a leader within each individual. Now what you do with your leadership ability is up to you; some use theirs for negative pursuits, others have buried their leadership strengths, and there are those that have never explored who they are as a leader due to unawareness. Despite what you decide you are operating in your leadership capacity daily.
• We all have a story (a past) and each story provides wisdom nuggets for yourself and others. You do have something to share.
• Each person has a distinctive purpose to fulfill. We often spend our lives in pursuit of purpose ~ where true fulfillment lies.
• As long as you are living, there will always be gaps to fill, areas to improve, and issues to resolve. We are all Under Construction & Work-in-Progress!
