ABOUT PROFESSIONAL FAITH BASED COACHING...
There are people who are groping for purpose and destiny, living their lives aimlessly, and not knowing where to look for direction. Many have encountered life blows by suffering loss of jobs and finances, loss of relationships, even the loss of a loved one, and may be having difficulty moving forward and embracing newness. There are those who just don't know what to do. They are "stuck". By remaining in this state of emotional conflict many suffer physical ailments which can heighten and exaggerate the original issues. As a Certified Life Coach I have been trained to meet these needs with individual and unique tools. The Word of God is foundational to every approach I take to help the client achieve success in identifying and clarifying their individual goals. Using a "Temperament" analysis tool clients learn why they are the way they are and gain understanding about their personal strengths and weaknesses. There are many "A-ha" moments that lead the client in identifying root causes of their issues. Finding a path toward self improvement, wholeness, and successful achievement of personal goals set by the client is the purpose of Faith Based Life Coaching.

ABOUT ROCHELLE...
Rochelle brings to her coaching style over 30 years of ministry experience. She has taught in Christian Schools, in a Christian University, and has been the Christian Educational Director for church ministries. Beside church type ministries, Rochelle has worked in her husband's Chiropractic Practice where alternative approaches and nutritional evaluations are a large part of the whole life healing process. She has had 15 years of Alternative Wellness Seminar attendance which gives her an expanded view of the needed elements for a person to be whole. It is Rochelle's view that "man" is Spirit, Soul, and Body. Looking for the balance in the whole person is her goal.
Rochelle is the mother of five adult children, two children-in-laws, and the "Momala" to one granddaughter. Being a wife, mother, and "Momala" are her "greatest" life's joys! However, by serving others, Life Coaching fulfills her God given destiny as God's "workmanship, created in Christ Jesus, for good works, which God prepared beforehand that she should walk in them," Ephesians 2:10.
