As a leader in Fortune 500 companies, not-for-profit organizations and an owner of several small businesses, Kathy has had an opportunity to develop people throughout her career. Kathy earned an MBA, and is certified in MBTI, Covey leadership, Color Code, Social Styles, FIRO-B, DiSC, performance consulting and organizational development. Kathy has worked extensively in Europe, Mexico, the U.S and Canada. For the past seven years, she has been coaching: growing leaders and guiding people to new levels of happiness and personal fulfillment.

When she is not coaching, you can find her hiking, biking with her husband, reading the latest books, or playing with her Portuguese Water dog, Chloe.
