As a child all I wanted to be was a Mountie. I achieved my goal, but transfers around the country created problems I had not anticipated. Like you, I had to make changes. Eventually my wife and I built, owned and operated a commercial Boarding Kennel. Now, that's a switch. In this game of life everyone is dealt a different hand. Every hand can be a winner. You have to do the best with the cards you are given. Allow me to have a look at those cards. I have been at this game of Life for many years. Who better to be looking over your shoulder.
As a front line Police Officer, I have dealt with people with many different kinds of problems. In Community Services I worked with teachers to bring relevant programs to students and with adult groups on various projects including parental detection of drug use. I helped families deal with everything from spousal abuse to problem teens. I employed common sense solutions to help families and individuals in crisis. As a Boy Scout Leader, I strived to instill pride and values as well as a sense of purpose and direction.
Over the years I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience that is bursting to get out and do good. Through all my life experiences there has been nothing more gratifying than helping someone through a difficult situation. As you choose a coach, keep in mind, that even in this age of modern technology, there is no substitute for life experience. You have nothing to lose. Let's talk.
ABOUT JEAN-PIERRE (JP)
Born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He is a proud husband, father of two and grandfather of four. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, The Gloucester Police, The West Carleton Fire Department and owner of The West Carleton Boarding Kennel.
He successfully completed courses at The Canadian Police College, The Ontario Police College, The Ontario Fire College and Algonquin College.
He recieved commendations from The Royal Canadian Mounted Police, The Optimists International and The Canadian Jaycees.
