I am an All-Purpose Life Coach with a passion for self empowerment as being the vehicle to support you to achieve your goals!  As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, when appropriate I wear my Hypnotherapy hat to help you move  through roadblocks and change  repeating  patterns.  I  guide you to find your own answers and access the many abilities and talents you have. This kind of “process” work incorporates self hypnosis into daily living, thereby supporting you to find motivation and achieve success by using the power of  your mind.
