Larry is a veteran of 28 years at Procter & Gamble and 22 years of international assignments. He has worked in 48 countries, including all of the EU and the major markets of the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa. He has broad insight into the regulation, cultures and business customs around the world and helps international managers adapt successfully and excel. He has personally built systems and teams that successfully deal with the local governments, as well as business and social leaders, to overcome the challenges to being successful overseas.
