Executive Coaching

I am a relationship / executive coach and I specialize in helping people realize the potential of individual or organizational relationships.
I use numerous assessment tools to determine personality and behavior characteristics, to better understand compatibility requirements and establish relationship alignment.  I am certified in DiSC and EQ assessments, and use interviews, surveys and workshops to help align goals and objectives and manage expectations.

I do one on one work, organizational work, along with professional speaking on several motivational topics.
