I am a holistic coach with a focus on the Mind-Body-Spirit connection. As your life coach I will assist you with unlocking your desires to reach your dreams, and discover the path toward your authentic self.  We will work together to identify roadblocks, select resources to fulfill your goals, understand your needs and how they can be met, evaluate your actions, and help you make a commitment to your actions.

We all play many roles in our lives. Sometimes one part of our life dominates the time and energy from the other parts of our life.  This sometimes leaves us feeling unbalanced and out of sync. My goal is to foster balance and harmony in all aspects of your life.  Let us work together to make that happen.

About Daune

Daune has a Master of Science degree in Counseling Services, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in School Psychology.  Her career is comprised of 13 years in the public school system, 5 years in the human services field, and 3 years in the higher education arena.  Her hands on practitioner approach led her to per diem therapy work with adolescents and families, where she was supportive and effective.

A yoga enthusiast, Daune became trained as a yoga instructor and specializes in therapeutic yoga. She incorporates mindfulness and meditation techniques into her individual and group sessions.  Her desire is to bring balance and harmony to the physical body, emotional state, and spiritual connectivity.

As a Certified Spirutal Coach, Daune invites you to tap into your intuition to explore the messages that your soul is sending you.  She believes now is the time to listen to your inner voice. Daune will help you decipher between the negative self-talk messages, and the intuitive inner voice messages that will lead you toward your authentic self.  As a certified Wish Facilitator, Daune utilizes this tool to assist with spiritual coaching.
