       I believe women have a special inborn talent to be the catalyst for change in building nurturing, vibrant, and safe relationships. I live this truth everyday in my own marriage now since January 2009; when my marriage turned around 180 degrees. We now have a closeness we had never experienced in the previous 18 years.

    I specialize in Christ-centered relationship coaching for believers and non-believers. Your agenda is developed based on your individual needs regardless of faith to achieve a positive change in your family’s personal connections.

What is the difference between Coaching and Counseling?

   Counseling is designed for the individual who is gridlocked in their thinking processes and too paralyzed to make life’s necessary changes. Counselors and therapists generally take the lead during sessions since the client doesn’t always know what they want to work on.

   Coaching is an investment in yourself and your family. Coaching is perfect for you if you are pro-active and desire change in your life. If you passionately yearn for tomorrow to be better than yesterday and are willing to say you are worth the commitment, then coaching is for you.  No matter which program you choose; you will set the agenda for the goals you want, then, work out your action steps with the coach’s support, guidance, and encouragement.
