Jennifer has been a nurse for 18+ years. Her depth of knowledge and experience in healthcare benefits and management has led her to become an expert "GPS" health navigator. Jennifer is a committed problem-solver with passion, resourceful, and the expertise to bring peace of mind during challenging times.
I am a Life Coach. I am a successful student of life. I once was a teen mom, single on welfare with self-esteem issues to a graduate of high school, college to a successful career as a RN, case manager, care coordinator, a mentor, an educator, a resourceful mother of 5, a wife, a divorcee, blended family & health issues, realtor, notary, insurance broker, a business owner. I wore many hats. I was living by the expectations of others and limiting my own growth. I, too, faced adversities in life but I chose my path and I chose how to respond to life and found my answers within, assisted by my very own mentor and life coach.
I have experienced, in my personal and professional life, first-hand the cyclic changes in people's lives from healthy to unhealthy to healthy and the "domino" effect it causes, whether it was life and death issues or re-creating one's journey.
It is in my nature to help and support others. I am inspired by my own success in life that I want everyone to feel what I feel, to recognize their own self-worth and re-design their own life, as I did. I am here to empower you, help clear your path and get your "Mojo" back.
