For me, it's a beginning with no end.....Lorna has always been my 'cheerleader....I have never known a time when she hasn't been in my corner with advice and the knowledge to get me through any (and there have been lots) rough spot in my life!
She has always been compassionate, and ready to do whatever it took to resolve a situation. There is not one judgmental bone in her body. Combine that with her education and experience, and anybody would be lucky to have Lorna 'cheering' them on.

Lorna helped me to transition from employee to owner of the company I worked at for many years. She laid out a series of goals and held me accountable for each one.
It was not easy and when I would get stuck, she broke the task down even further and guided me to achieve each step. Lorna was always open to listening to my roadblocks, encouraging me every step of the way. Through this process her natural intuition played a large part in knowing where I was at in my head and heart, when to push or pull, when to let me breathe and accept where I was on the journey. This quality can not be found in every coach. I am now running my own business and her continued guidance is invaluable.
