My desire, as a Certified Professional Life Coach, is to empower others to achieve their goals and dreams through motivation, encouragement and ongoing support.  My passion is in health, wellness and nutrition, to which I’ve been drawn because of specific health circumstances of my own. Health and wellness is not just about diet, or how you eat. It
includes many other aspects of your life: relationships, spirituality, emotional well-being, finances, and your professional life. I will help you create the balance you want in your life, working with any or all area(s) of your choice.  I work with women, men and children, individually, or in a group setting. My wish is for everyone to live a more fulfilled life, loving every moment. I want you to help you be whoever you want to be!
