About Duane

Over the past 30 years Duane Britton has coached individuals, not-for-profit businesses, companies and leadership teams to become self aware, sharpen their goals and dreams and achieve higher levels of being and accomplishment. Duane’s education, varied business sector background and vast life experience in business, ministry and leadership roles serve as a catalyst for coaching diverse uniquely gifted and multifaceted individuals and teams. In addition to leading organizations, serving in leadership positions and transitioning organizations through change, Duane has launched for- and not-for-profit businesses. Certified in a number of individual and relational assessment tools, Duane has been successful in assessing and coaching individuals and businesses alike in understanding and leveraging their strengths, minimizing their barriers and addressing opportunities for improvement in a prioritized evaluative manner. His coaching and leadership development extends beyond the borders of the United States to several continents and countries, i.e. East Africa, South and Central America, Central Asia, India and the U.K.

Duane's Coaching

Duane’s coaching process creates a framework and custom-designed plan for his clients to enhance opportunities for growth, development and achievement. Built-in processes include and lend themselves to the identification of beliefs, behavior or root causes that stymie progress, cohesion or progress. Through his coaching – client relationships Duane provides guidance to individuals, couples, partnerships and organizations through, transition by developing uniquely tailored development goals, objectives and measure of success. This is accomplished through the “Life – Business Transitional Assessment & Plan Development Model” developed by Duane Britton.
