Life coaches are change agents whose practices can help you unleash your passion to discover your purpose, and achieve your goals through persistence.

Are you so ready for change that you can taste it? As your coach I can help you think beyond the present, envision the future, and develop a plan to help you get there.
My varied personal and professional experiences have given me a unique perspective of coaching. My success as a leader in education, entrepreneurship and community service also provided me with many opportunities to study successful people.  I have found that the key to living victorious and prosperous lives involves what I call the“3P” philosophy; Passion, Purpose, and Persistence. I believe that all of these qualities are attainable by anyone who is willing to make meaningful life changes. I have spent most of my life studying how to develop these qualities and see it as my calling to bring these tools and strategies to others.

Eleanor Coleman has nurtured her desire to help others from a very early age. Her passion led her into a career as a teacher at the early age of 19 years old. That early decision led to many years as a teacher, principal, and district administrator where she earned many acknowledgements and awards for her tireless championing for equitable opportunities and rigorous quality education for all children.

Eleanor spent ten years away from public education due to her husband’s career as a professional football player and to raise her two children. These family obligations did not keep her from following her calling, but provided different opportunities through community service and as an entrepreneur. As an active member of the Minnesota Viking’s wives organization, Eleanor led fundraisers for the Vikings’ Children Fund, authored a team cookbook, and earned the National Football League’s prestigious “Humanitarian Woman of the Year Award”. She and her husband have also led a married couples ministry that has spanned many years. As an entrepreneur, Eleanor joined a direct sales jewelry and earned record sales and recruiting awards. This was a perfect fit for her to use her natural skills as a motivator and goal setter to help other women develop those skills and find successful careers. Her passion for learning is also a personal journey as she earned a B.S. Degree, M.S. Degree, and an Ed.D. in the field of Leadership. Eleanor is also an associate of Human Systems Dynamics, a collection of concepts and tools that help make sense of the patterns that emerge from chaos when people work and play together in groups, families, organizations, and communities.

What People Say About Eleanor

"If one were to spend a day in the life of Eleanor, you would see the ease and excellence with which she relates to people, groups and circumstances that cross race, ethnicity, age, gender, professional and economic categories. A talent that is critical in education, but absolutely transferable to other professional realms. Eleanor is a renaissance woman of the 21st century – ready, able and excited to seek new challenges, create and maximize opportunities and deliver the change that is needed to make the world a better place."- Philip Miner, retired college administrator and consultant.

"Eleanor is a woman who is admired and respected by all who know her. Her warmth naturally draws you to her. For years I have respected her personal integrity and wisdom. These qualities led me to seek her out as a coach. Even though I successfully coach others through my ministry, I felt that Eleanor could help me attain even higher levels of professionalism and success."  Mary Jo Winston, CEO of Bridges of Hope Restoration Services.
