John T Jurkiewicz, CPC
Certified Professional Coach
Father Flanagan, the founder of Boys Town once said "There is no such thing as a bad boy." I believe there is no such thing as an unsuccesful person. There are people who have unlocked their potential and those who are waiting for the guidance to find and unlock that potential.
My motto for the past ten years has been "Helping Good People Become Better." You are here because whether you are aware of it or not, you've made the choice to be succesful. You have made the choice to enjoy all the benefits a succesful life brings.
As a life coach I'll work with you to unlock the potential, the tools and the motivation that is already inside of you.
A coach doesnt need to know all the right answers but they certainly need to know the right questions. I've spent over thirty five years learning when to ask those questions at the right time and enjoying the success that comes with it. I have helped propel people to places they never dreamed of going by teaching them how to ask the right questions at the right time for them and then using those answers to craft a solid set of goals, objectives and action plans.
My personal success comes from creating and building relationships with my clients and tailoring a coaching experience to meet their infividualk needs. I have always believed that one size does not fit all." Each coaching experience is unique and provides the client with an opportunity to establish a clear vision for themselves as they move forward in life.
“Let me begin with “real life results” I have seen in myself. You have been helping me for quite awhile and I have more confidence in myself because I work everyday on my “self talk”. As hard as it is, I work on realizing that I am responsible for everything that happens in my life, good or bad. I have a better understanding of goal setting and why it is so important. You have helped me understand how to set goals and also how to monitor, evaluate, and adjust if necessary to achieve those goals." Tim W Superintendant of Transportation
"I've learned to become more self-confident with myself. First by: setting a goal to come out of (My Comfort Zone). I've learned to realize to change the direction in my life from being afraid of fear, or of being afraid of facing failure, my lack of courage, and no clear direction of my future to focusing on the positive goals I've set."
