About Monica

Monica has been educating and inspiring people and organizations for over 15 years to achieve both their personal and professional goals. She has extensive experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training and Corporate coaching for multinational companies in South America, Central America and Canada. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Monica is a Psychologist and has a Diploma in Training and Development (adult education) and is a Certified Professional Coach. As an Organizational Psychologist, she understands how to create the perfect connection between an individual’s needs, mental processes and feelings with organizational success. Because of her very diverse background and multinational experience, she is an advocate for Diversity and Inclusion.
Monica’s education, background and life experiences in different cultures and countries serve as a catalyst for coaching unique, diverse and gifted individuals and teams.

I am passionate about the development of others and my goal is to assist individuals to identify and achieve their greatest potential, and through that, to help organizations and communities grow and succeed.
Each one of us has that personal power and capacity to be the best in our field of expertise. Since organizations want to attract and retain the best and the brightest, by taking a holistic approach - starting with individuals and then moving to systems and processes – organizations will achieve their goals. I believe that coaching individuals from the organization perspective will unleash their employees’ full potential, therefore benefiting not only the individual but the organization as a whole.
I work on a holistic program that will enable each individual to achieve their personal and professional goals while taking into account their entire environment, from significant others and co-workers to organizations and communities.
