About Wendy 

Wendy Wolski, MS, CPC, Principal at  Caerus Development, LLC has effectively been developing others for the entirety of her 25 year career. She is passionate about creating opportunities where others can truly become their best selves. Ms. Wolski’s experience in staff and volunteer development make her an excellent partner for individual professional and personal development work.

Ms. Wolski’s academic accomplishments include a Master of Science in Human Services from Springfield College with a concentration on Organizational Management and Leadership where she researched Transformational Leadership in Nonprofits, and a BA from Syracuse University in Political Science and Psychology. Her coach training includes the Strengths-Based Performance Coaching credential from the Gallup Organization and she is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from Coaches Institute International.
