 Life Coaching is a process of instructing and training individuals to achieve specific goals or develop definite skills. It is interactive, bringing together creativity, innovation and process while focusing on you. Together we will set goals and establish a plan to reach your full  spiritual,emotional, financial, wellness, relationship and professional goals. Sessions are typically held over the phone or can be face to face meetings, and one on one. Group trainings can include seminars, workshops and other supervised practises.
