Why coaching?
Trough different times in my life I have had the privilege of having a friend or family member naturally play the role of a coach or mentor. Thinking back, it´s clear to see the wonderful, positive out come of having someone there for you to support you in your goals and dreams, and spur you on. You can do so much more than you could have done on your own. It is my desire to supply others with the same support that was given to me, in order to empower them to be all they can be.
