My coaching practice has 3 components:
LIFE COACHING
Helping individuals create the lives they want for themselves.  Setting goals and overcoming barriers, in all the areas of their life (e.g. relational, vocational, etc.) with which they are not satisfied.
 
CHURCH GROUP COACHING
A series of experiential workshops for church groups (small groups, ministry teams, church staffs) designed to develop deeper levels of community in groups and churches, and enable individual growth in ways that lead to more meaningful relationships.

BUSINESS COACHING
Help in taking businesses to the next level. Identifying the aspects of each business most in need of improvement, creating goals in those areas, and developing and executing plans to achieve those goals.

My Background

After 4+ years facilitating personal growth in a non-profit setting I have decided to shift careers out of the technology world in to working full-time as a Professional Coach, helping people create the lives they want for themselves.

QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE
• Certified Professional Coach – training and certification through Coaches Institute International

• 4+ years experience leading growth and development work through staffing weekend retreats and leading weekly groups within The Crucible Project non-profit organization.
• I employ a unique blend of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) based, Shadow (Jungian) based, and Consciousness Shifting based facilitation in my coaching.
