My coaching practice consists of 4 main areas:
Life Coaching – I will help you identify and design a plan to achieve any specific goal you desire by working with you to discover and eliminate mental blocks YOU have created that keep you from achieving your best!
Leadership Coaching – whether you are a corporate leader of a team or group, or you are a team member, I help you realize that a business is made up of flesh and blood people who all have untapped potential and unique contributions that can take your group/department/business to that NEXT level. I will show you how to tap into that potential!
Speaker – I deliver inspirational and practical messages to schools, churches, social events…anywhere an encouraging word is needed to MOTIVATE!
Author – I am currently working on my very first metaphysical book on discovering who we are and tapping into that power within all of us!
A Little Bit About Me
I am one of 8 children who grew up in the projects of Cincinnati Ohio, and eventually went on to earn my Bachelors of Science in Psychology (University of Cincinnati) and later my certification in Professional Coaching (Coaches Institute International). I am also a Yellow Belt, Lean Six Sigma (Process Improvement). I have spent 15 years in the corporate world as both a team member and a leader, and one thing I learned through all of my experiences was how big a part imagination and focus played in the designing of my destiny. I also write poems, scripts, and short stories and write, produce, and arrange music!
