My coaching approach is not to just feed you fish but also help you learn & know how to catch fish so you can feed yourself, metaphorically speaking. In other words, to make sure you learn to be self sufficient and knowledgeable enough to maintain control of your life and destiny even after you have been coached for a time. My coaching rates are very competitive and can be tailored to each individual to best suit present needs and lifestyle. Denny is a proven, knowledgeable, skilled, and highly motivating coach, consultant, facilitator and speaker. He is certified in multiple areas such as a Leadership & Communication Developer, as a Career Counselor, and a Professional Life Coach. He is experienced in using a variety of Psychometric tests and assessments and Behavior analysis tools. He has successfully facilitated workshops/seminars to thousands of clients
and hundreds have benefited from his coaching and consulting resulting in significant improvement. He has worked with men, women, youth & young adults from a variety of multicultural groups. He is passionate about facilitating transformation in the personal and professional lives of his clients to help them reach their God given potential. His workshops and speaking topics include: Personality Works Seminars, Personal & Professional Development Seminars, Goal Setting, Motivation, Managing Change and Transition and Leadership & Communication development seminars. Denny also serves as a leader on the Pastor’s Council of his Church and as the Men's Ministry Coordinator empowering men to "Live Life Large".

Denny’s philosophy is based on the concept of hard work, strong ethics and values. He chooses not to settle for what is easy or common.  He stands and believes in taking the way of the “road less traveled”, which is uncommon in today’s culture.  He recognizes that much of society is still functioning with a microwave mentality in virtually every area of their lives wanting everything fast, easy and painless. His goal is to help people to take control their lives and their destiny's, to experience true growth and reach their full potential living life to the fullest.
