About Don

Don Scott has degrees in Electronics Technology, Computer Science and Mathematics, and has a Masters of Software Design and Development. He has worked in legal publishing, software development companies, entertainment, and retail. He was awarded a US software patent for his work in text synchronization and has been a top rated speaker in the content management industry. He has excelled in technical and leadership positions. Like we all do, he has also faced challenges and disappointments but has learned to find the gifts hidden in our perceived failures. The passion Don has developed through this very full life is for personal growth and development. He is currently the president of Lead2Succeed LLC, where he provides seminars and keynote presentations that promote attitude, personal ownership and action to ensure personal excellence. Beyond teaching and mentoring, he savors the woods, water, and experiencing all of life with those closest to him.
