Since I work with a coach myself, I know first hand the powerful impact a coaching relationship can have on a person's life. As a working mother, wife and adult child of elder parents, I also know all too well how the demands of everyday life can throw constant obstacles onto the path to your dreams.

I am a Certified Professional Coach with a focus on Life Coaching and special interest in Stress Management Coaching and Motivational Coaching.
