Looking Backward
Do you ever feel "stuck" or "in a rut," without an idea of how to get unstuck?
Have you ever had hopes and dreams for the future, but that future never comes?
How does it feel when you awake from a dream to find that it wasn't real, but you wish it had been?
Have you ever wanted to learn a new sport, skill, or craft, but something always got in the way?
Did you ever feel like you've got all sorts of potential, but nobody's ever given you a chance to use it?
How would your life look if you could achieve one or two of the things you've thought about most?
Do you ever feel like something or someone else is always preventing you from doing the things you really want to do?
Have you ever watched other people attain their dreams, and wonder how they did that?
Have you ever felt like you were missing out?
Do you have dreams but just don't know how to make them happen?
Have you ever felt like you'd like a better job but the timing is never right?
Are there things you want to do but have just never had the opportunity?
Do you ever think that things work out for other people, just not you?
Do you feel like you'd like things to change, but can't see another way?
Moving Forward
Where do you see yourself in the next year? Five years? Ten years?
Would you like more control over your life and the direction it's taking?
Did you know that when you do the things that you are truly inspired to do, that you are touching your inner source, and can't help but feel fulfilled?
How would it feel to know that you really could do this, and feel that way a lot, if not most of the time?
Did you know that your dreams are unique to you alone?
Coaching can help by giving you powerful tools to focus on your dreams, change limiting belief systems, and allow you to access your potential to create the life that you see for yourself.
As your coach, I will be your ally, your cheerleader, and your confidante. I'm here to supply you the tools that you need to find your own answers, reach your own conclusions, and to be accountable for your own actions as you move toward achieving your dreams.
My Dream
I have spent most of my adult life helping and teaching others in one way or another, ultimately helping me to reach this point in my career. I received my Master of Arts degree from Columbia University and became a high school teacher, job coach, and later, a corporate training consultant. I enjoyed this work as I learned more about myself and my strengths, weaknesses, and what really energized me.
Throughout my life, I've worked with individuals and groups, helping them to embrace and learn to change. It was through this work that I realized that I had a dream to do something slightly different. I have always known that I was good at understanding what was needed to efficiently achieve a goal, and it has served me well as a training and education professional, consultant, and coach.
I realized that I had the ability, desire, and most importantly, the passion to devote my talents to coaching motivated people seeking to better their lives. I am now a Certified Professional Life Coach. It is my privilege to help others find their path in life and to help them achieve their goals in whatever area or areas they may want to improve.
I realized long ago that I did my best work when I recognized and responded to the unique needs of each individual, offering flexibility to ensure that my clients' goals were met. Whether it was in the classroom, or on a project team, or when consulting, the ability to tailor my work to suit the specific needs of my audience has been the most important component of my success.
What sets me apart from other coaches and counselors is my very practical approach that considers the unique needs of each individual, and my ability to help you set achievable, actionable steps toward a goal. Progress happens immediately as each step is achieved and the goal becomes more easily realized.
Thank you for sharing my dream. I look forward to sharing yours.
