Idara is a Certified Professional Life Coach, attorney and professional intuitive who is committed to empowering self-actualizing professionals. For over 15 years she has helped co-create holistic solutions for clients by blending pragmatic action with intuitive wisdom. She is widely published in the self-help/spirituality genre and is the author of the essay collection, Reflections of a Mystical Sistah: On Traveling Down the Road to Self-Definition (iUniverse). In addition to her extensive legal training, she holds a Doctoral Degree in Metaphysical Counseling, has a Reiki Level I certification and is a Sixth Sensory Practitioner trained by Sonia Choquette.
