I've always been passionate about helping others achieve their absolute best in all they do.  I founded my company, "EagleLaunch Consulting" with one simple goal in mind and that is to facilitate "dreams becoming reality, one life at a time."

Having a life coach will allow you to methodically plan and achieve your goals one step at a time.  Achieving goals is a great way to build confidence in yourself and your life.  Phrases like "some day I will..." or "I've always been that way..." will become a part of your past as you create a new drive and vigor for life and all that it has to offer.

My life coaching process can be used in all aspects of your life.  Whether you are struggling with health, financial, spiritual, emotional, recovery, business, professional or simply life challenges; I will be able to help you rise above and become the best you can be in whatever you do!

About Jay

Jay is a former college athlete and received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy in 1982.  Jay has been a business owner as well as a business leader for a number of years and helped build a $100MM business over a 10 year period.  He was also blessed to be a part of 3 separate acquisitions while building this business.

Jay knows what it is like to be at the absolute pits of life as he almost lost everything due to drugs and alcohol when he was 28 years old.

Through his struggles with addiction, Jay has been blessed with the opportunity to help countless numbers of alcoholics and addicts get back on their feet and into the mainstream of life.

Jay is a talented speaker with a gift for motivating others.  He is currently writing his first book, which is a daily devotional for anyone desiring to overcome their obstacles and turn their dreams into reality.

Jay is a devoted husband and father of three and along with helping and coaching others, he enjoys competing in Triathlons.
