We will work together to create an action plan that will lead you step by step in the direction of your desires. I will challenge you to overcome obstacles and hold you accountable for what you say you want to do.

You may not see or feel it right now, but I know you ARE a strong woman! You can build the life you want, and I believe you are closer than you think. It's about consistent steps in the right direction.

I am blessed to inspire & motivate women to embrace their life, the joys and the challenges, and to show them how they can create and live a life they love.

I have been married to my favorite person in the whole world since 1982. We've raised 3 amazing children who are actively participating and impacting the world.

As I've been through many life challenges and transitions I have become an expert in "never giving up"!!! :)

I have worked through from SAHM raising 3 kids born within 3 years, to WAHM building an online presence, to college student at age 41, to corporate communications at an amazing company, to downsized & unemployed graphic designer, empty nester, and caretaker for aging parents ... many of those years dealing with the pain and challenges of living with fibromyalgia. I went from daily non-function to kayaking, hiking and biking because I pushed through and refused to allow the pain to keep me from a better life.

I am an expert in never giving up. As I grieved the loss of my job, my life as a mom, and life as I had known it,  I made my way to the world of online community building, supporting and encouraging women along the way. All of these challenges and circumstances led me to become a certified professional coach working to help women through the changes and challenges of their lives.

My goal is to SHOW UP every day and see what wonderful things will happen :)
