The greater framework may include your view of God/Higher Power, religious practices, mystical experiences, altered states of consciousness or any other experience that has meaning for you. This integrated approach addresses the mind, body, spirit connection, taps into your greater potential and empowers you to accomplish your goals.
You may have noticed that when life becomes difficult, you get closer to yourself and you begin to ask many questions. Like, why is this happening to me? Why now? What am I going to do? Creative Coaching is one person helping another to explore all facets of the creative life. The prevailing question for every artist is... what can I do when my creativity is blocked? Creative struggle seems integral to the life of the artist, but it does not need to remain that way. Learning how to manage feelings of vulnerability and self-doubt will enhance inner clarity and energize the creative process. As one creative person to another, I listen to what you as an artist have to say. The issues are explored through an insightful process of questioning, to expose your inner struggles. By asking the right questions, you are open to finding your own voice. With support and guidance you will connect with inner awareness, clear blocks/obstacles and remove trapped emotions that will release your highest creative potential!
About Jerry
The fabric of Jerry’s life is an interwoven tapestry that consists of professional accomplishments in the creative field, compassionate involvement in human services health care management, and the pursuit of higher consciousness through spiritual path development. He has over 25 years experience as a Graphic Designer and Visual Artist in advertising agencies, print/lithographic film shops and photo studios on the east coast as well as throughout the Los Angeles, California area. He continues to find creative expression through painting and photography.
Jerry has a B.A. in Human Development and studied development as a lifespan process, primarily from the perspectives of its component disciplines: Anthropology, Biology, Psychology and Sociology. As a Care Manager he conducted in-home bio-psycho-social assessments & arranged services that enabled senior and/or physically/mentally challenged clients to remain in their homes as opposed to being admitted into assisted living or skilled nursing facilities.
The spiritual path is at the core of human existence and leads to the realization of inner awareness. For more than 30 years, Jerry studied eastern philosophy and meditated in Buddhist and Hindu traditions. He is an avid runner who runs 25-30 miles/week in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Jerry’s global interest is in the creation of ultimate living through integration of the three wings of human development-mind, body & spirit.
