About Kathy

Everything Kathy has done in the past has led her to Life Coaching.  She has always worked in some capacity helping people:  through education, insurance claims and retail management.  Outside of work her interests have led her to such activities as writing, producing and directing the church children's Christmas program, extensive reading and the studies of Reiki and yoga.

She had been contemplating several professional avenues when her research led her to Life Coaching and she's so glad it did. Kathy's purpose in coaching is to help people set goals and coach them to realize their dreams and aspirations.
