Kristina's clients and students have been seeking her council for over 20 years. She has given instruction and seminars in many areas in the field of Holistic Medicine and Wellness from Asian Medicine, Plant Medicine and Theta Healing(a spiritual healing tool aimed to clear blockages and old belief patterns) to Nutrition, Yoga, and Latin Dance.
She received training in Tibetan and Indian Ayurvedic Medicine, Western and Eastern Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Yoga and Spiritual Healing. Further training includes specialized counseling in helping clients with anxiety, depression, substance abuse and eating disorders.
She is instructor and producer of the DVD “Golden Motion”, a therapeutic exercise program for seniors.
Nine years ago she followed the call of the wild Spinner Dolphins in Hawaii where she lives her dream.
