As a Certified Life Coach, I help my clients face into their past and present difficulties as well as unhealthy beliefs and thinking patterns to bring truth to those areas so they can experience inner freedom and live life well.
Throughout life, circumstances and relationships throw curve balls that cause us to get stuck by embracing unhealthy belief systems and thinking patterns that seem true.
Unfortunately, the choices we make stem from those beliefs and end up causing more problems for us down the road. Though we usually try in our own unique way to get out, the cycle becomes endless and impossible to defeat.
My goal as a Life Coach is to come alongside my clients to help uncover those hidden root beliefs so they can face into them and replace those unhealthy beliefs with the truth. This enables my clients to walk in freedom in all areas of their lives.
Freedom is so important but does not come without a cost. When dealing with our inner lives, there must be a willingness to journey back to those hurtful places mentally and emotionally to shine the light of truth on our past to positively alter our present and future.
Within my own life and the lives of those I have coached, I have experienced how powerful and liberating this method of facing into the past can be in healing and setting life back on track. I am committed to living life well and am passionate about helping others do the same!
A Little About Me...
I graduated from college in 2002 with a degree in Elementary Education. I knew that I loved teaching, but I wanted to teach my students how they could personally handle life's hard circumstances more than all the important academic material. Unfortunately, those types of lessons unfold best one on one and not in a classroom setting.
In my own life, at the time of my college graduation, I was grappling with severe panic attacks, pneumonia, a broken engagement, and my family that was falling apart. As I fought my way back to a peaceful mind, a healed heart, and physical health, I began to life coach my family members to help put our family back together.
It was through all that and more that I realized my passion for living life well and my giftedness of helping others get to the root of their issues. I discovered what I was fashioned and trained to do all along.
It was in Life Coaching that I found a way to help people, including children, in that personal way that teaching did not allow. I want as many people as possible to experience living life with this kind of freedom. I would be honored to walk alongside you in your own journey of healing.
