My Coaching Philosophy
You are an individual ready for change in your personal and or career. You want a more fulfilling life, but don't know what direction to follow. You are confused, stressed, procrastinating, questioning your self-confidence and stuck. You are also intelligent, creative and open to change.
I am a psychotherapist, coach, and mediator with over 30 years of motivating, inspiring, and empowering people to be happier in their relationships, more successful at work and experience inner peace and contentment in life.
Together, we will envision a life or career change that will meet your professional, personal, financial, relationship, and/or health goals.
Together, we will remove the barriers and roadblocks that have kept you from being who you have wanted to become, and living a healthy, happy life.
Professioinal Experience
As a therapist for over 35 years, I have worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, all lifestyles, and in all walks of life - professionals, executives, business leaders; teachers, clergy, military personnel, military officers; artists and new university graduates. I have coached, inspired, motivated, empowered, and supported them. I have helped individuals learn the skills of conflict resolution. My training helps people move beyond their personal and professional barriers, heal them from past emotional pain and enable them to take new steps to create a better future. I enable individuals to make change happen.
I have a Masters in Social Work from McGill University, have completed Mediation Training from The Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution at the University Of Texas Law School and received the Certified Professional Coach designation from FowlerWainwright International.
I am a published author, having written a book, "Beyond These Walls"; have been a guest on many radio shows, been a community college instructor, and a guest university lecturer. I am currently the chairman of a non-profit organization. I am the mother of a Rhodes Scholar.
I believe I have the skills, discipline, drive, and balance in my own life to offer you the tools to achieve greater success in yours.
