Are you a teenager who doesn't know what you want to be when you "grow up"? You're not the only one! It's normal for teenagers to feel scared or confused about who they are, or what they want to do with their life. As a teen life coach, I can help you realize that the person you want to become is already there inside of you just waiting to be set free.

What is "life music"?

Have you heard the term "marches to a different beat"? Life music is that unique music each of us hears. We each have a unique beat inside of us that tells us who we are...we just need to learn how to listen to it. When we do, we can make our dreams come true.

Why teens?

As a teenager, I felt lost and unsure of my true purpose in life and, looking back, I wish I'd had a dedicated coach to help point me in the right direction. For me, that right direction is life coaching. I want to work with teens because you are the future! You are bright and special, and you have unique gifts inside of you. When you listen to your life music, your talents will shine through. I can't wait to hear your song!
