My role as your coach is to use my musician’s listening skills to sift through the “dross” and find the real jewels of your gifts. I can hear what is strong, what is weak, what is true, what is disempowering, what is authentic.
I speak your truth back to you as your supporter and cheerleader and witness as you choose your actions to move toward your most ecstatic life. Sometimes I contribute possibilities from my own life experience and share tools I know of and have used. I can also guide you to create your own songs to take charge of your mental/emotional soundtrack and keep you in the flow of receiving what you truly desire.
