Sheila is a Certified Professional Life Coach. Unknowingly, she started life coaching at the tender age of 8. She'd advise and coach peers on successfully passing to next grade. She knew her purpose was to service others. She's dedicated her life to helping others, by empowering and partnering with people who desire to live a fulfilled and balanced life. She does this by teaching methods that will elevate your body, mind and spirit.
Sheila's life experiences have led her on a path of self-discovery and higher learning in her quest to make the world a better place for her family, friends, clients and community.
Sheila was a single mother struggling to raise her young son, when she joined the Military. While in the Military, she lectured, trained and educated thousands on leadership, communication security and success. Despite her success in the Military, Sheila knew something was missing. With a yearning to give back, Sheila began her quest by sharing her knowledge and experience by helping single mothers realize and obtain their dreams. Sheila helps the dreamless DREAM again. She helps awaken curiosity, as she knows curiosity breeds creativity.
Not knowing how to deal with the loss of her Father, led her on a quest of understanding with many questions. This allowed Sheila to develop a tailored action plan that helps her clients regain confidence and purpose. Most important you will acquire knowledge to balance your life as a whole.

About Sheila
Sheila is a graduate of East Arkansas Community College and Phoenix University. She has over 8000+ hours of training in leadership management, goal setting, time management, grief counseling, emotional freedom techniques, customer service, spiritual counseling and Socratic questioning through military and civilian channels. In addition, Sheila spent 10+ years studying several major religions.
