Shelly Lenzmeier has a passion for helping people get unstuck and break free!  For 20 years she has assisted others in achieving success in those hard to change areas of their life.  Shelly believes that coaching is a direct route to reaching one's goals.  With 15 years experience as a Nationally Certified Licensed Professional Counselor, she has a history of helping people get to the heart of the matter.

Shelly believes that much of our inablity to move forward is rooted in unconscious beliefs and judgements we have made about our past and present life experiences. Shelly has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Counseling.  She has known that she was called to help people since age 16.  She has 15 years professional experience as a therapist, and has done extensive public speaking, seminars and writing for area publications.

Shelly is 43, and has been married for 13 years.  They have two beautiful young children age 3 and 8, and live in the Tulsa, OK area.  Shelly was born and raised in the midwest and has deep spiritual roots and an approachable down to earth presence. She is active in her church and loves showing the love of Christ in practical ways in her community.  She has a heart for children and serves at the local crisis pregnancy outreach agency.

Shelly loves being outdoors and near the water.  She gets excited in the spring when she gets to plant flowers and when she makes time to paint with oil or watercolors.

Two of Shelly's immediate family members have found their home in heaven due to cancer, and she has gone through the pain of divorce.  She know's what it is to hurt and grieve and also to overcome and rejoice again.  Shelly has a depth to her that can be felt in the coaching experience.  She truly cares deeply about people and their healing.

I have so enjoyed working with Shelly. She has the ability to ask questions that guide me, and really help me think about my long and short term goals and what I want my life to look like.  Shelly helped me put things in perspective.  When she read the vision statement she created for me, I was awe struck!  The words were mine, gathered from careful listening, but they flowed and showed a more happier, healthier me on every level.  The me I aspire to be!  It gave me even more perspective on what I want to work on in the future.  I look forward to continuing to work with her on this.  Thank you Shelly!
