What can coaching do for you?
Do you:
- Have limiting beliefs about yourself?
- Feel you are not good enough, beautiful enough, or successful enough?
- Have dreams, but always think you have to sacrifice them for others?
- Feel insecure in your relationships, or just know there could be so much more to them?
- Wish you had more time for yourself to replenish all that you give to others?
If this is you, I want you to know that you are just a few steps away from living a wonderfully happy and empowered life. I would love to coach you to freedom and success! As your coach, I will help you to identify and clearly articulate your real goals, and then create powerful strategies together with you, to help you achieve your dreams.
Regardless of who you are or how successful your life may already be, you can benefit from the motivation & support of a coach. Life coaching is for anyone who is willing to move forward. I’ll work with you to help you understand what exactly you want in life. Then together we will plan a course of action with steps you can take right away to begin reaching your greatest potential. As these amazing changes take place, I will help you to assess your results to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want. I will also make you do what you don’t want to, so you can be what you want to become.
I believe every one of us has unlimited potential, and all that has to be overcome is our mindsets about ourselves. I will help build your confidence, show you that the answers you need are already inside, and help you prove your own value to yourself and others.
About Sylvia
Sylvia Aguilar is a cosmopolitan individual who has lived in over 25 countries on 5 continents. For many years she has worked with aid projects in developing nations. Also a solo artist with several albums, Sylvia speaks English and Japanese, and has mentored and coached people from many countries and cultures. Her deep love for people and desire to see them make the best of their lives is her driving passion. She sees the potential in others and brings it out through every means possible. For the past 12 years, she has worked as a coach and counselor for abused women, troubled youths & their parents, professionals, & aid workers all over the world. Her vast experience in coaching cross cultural groups and ethnicities has provided her with invaluable insight into human nature and needs.
Sylvia is also an educator and mother of 5. After experiencing a painful divorce while in Africa, and a year as a single parent with four children, it became her intense desire to help other struggling women overcome life’s obstacles. As a working mom, her goal is to help mothers gain confidence & take the time they need to stay physically fit and attractive. More than that, her passion is helping women to be personally and professionally successful by continually learning and achieving something new in their lives and relationships.
Sylvia is now remarried to the love of her life, and currently lives and works in the Philippines. She easily coaches people from other parts of the world either on line or via phone communications.
What People Say About Sylvia
To be truly global, one must go beyond the boundaries of race or nationality, make conscious effort to blur the difference in religious, cultural or political beliefs, and see each human being only as a spiritual child of God—whatever one conceives Him to be at the moment. Sylvia translates the values of universal spirituality/solidarity through her work commitments, among others, as a life coach involving women, youth, family, personal/professional relationships.

I felt refreshed and empowered after having the vision statement read to me several times. These last couple months have been overshadowed by a very personal and heartbreaking crisis in my life and I felt powerless to pull myself out of the slump I had fallen into. The initial interview helped me to verbalize some of my thoughts and feelings and clearly see how I've limited myself and have let fear of the unknown paralyze me from doing whatever I have to do to get what I want out of life. As the vision statement was read to me, I felt visibly lighter and could visualize everything I heard. The pictures in my mind are powerful images that I can remind myself of when I feel hopeless. It gave me a sense of peace and assurance that although there are some things in my life that I have no control over, there are so many other aspects of my life that are within my control. The sessions were very helpful in reminding me that I have nothing to lose and everything to gain by stepping out of my comfort zone and taking hold of what I want. I’m excited about the possibilities that life has for me. I’m tired of simply existing and ready to start living!

Being a person that is already extremely driven and passionate about their work, I was unsure of how much I would benefit from being coached. But now having gained clarity in the goals and direction of my company through life coaching, I have already achieved greater success. It has also given me the gift of clarity in sharing my goals and vision more clearly and succinctly to others. Sylvia’s understanding and caring methods of coaching coupled with her passion and determination to make her clients succeed in all aspects of life is something that I wish more could experience.

"Up until last month I didn’t feel the desire to change certain things in my life, and was facing fear of the future. But in just those few sessions, issues that I have struggled with for years were given new hope & vision. Talking with you gave me hope that my life and perspective could not just be different, but enhanced and so much better. Not only that, but I realized that I already had the resources to reach my determined targets."
