About Talayah
Talayah is President of TGrace, and Managing Partner of Vision Catalyst Consulting. Her mission is to empower people to use their passion to live in their purpose. Through her speaking, coaching, EmPOWERed to… newsletter and EmPOWERed to… radio show, Talayah inspires people to utilize their God-given abilities to achieve their personal and professional goals. She speaks and conducts personal and professional development workshops for individuals and organizations, including vision board, goal setting and relationship workshops.
Talayah has experienced career and life transitions and has learned the power of reinvention. With an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing, she spent over 16 years in the banking
industry. In addition to being an entrepreneur, she is currently an adjunct instructor at Columbia College in Chicago, where she teaches public speaking. She also serves as the Chicago Regional Director of The Greatness Center, with motivational speaker, Les Brown.
