Life Change Coaching

There is no perfect solution to moving through change, but taking action--even baby steps—can have a powerful effect on your life.  My passion as a Life Change Coach, is inspiring my clients to cope with change, unexpected transitions and tough decisions--be it a career change, relationship change, health change, financial change or any change life happens to bring your way either big or small.  With hope, my desire is to inspire others to look for the positive in all that happens, the best possible outcome.

Sometimes change comes because life has handed us a challenging change, it's not really our choice and other times we desire to initiate change on our own to break out of limiting circumstances or to create our dreams.  By accepting change that comes into your life, you will move through it and forward and allow the transformation to begin.
Everyone in the core of their being has dreams, desires and aspirations that are very real and yet seem out of reach or blocked by some obstacle. What we do not always realize on our own is that this resistance can be overcome quickly and easily by looking at things from a different perspective. As your coach I can take things that have come into your life, even things that seem so negative and so unhelpful and help you to see how you can use them as stepping stones of progress towards your goals and dreams.

About Toni

Born in Rochester, New York….I began my international career working as a volunteer in multi-cultural communities in Asia and the Pacific.   I have had over 25 years of experience working with individual and group counseling in the third sector in various countries in South East Asia and Australia.  During my 25+ years of extensive leadership training and experiences, I worked as Regional Human Resource Coordinator in organizational and teamwork structures, as well as humanitarian projects under the umbrella of the Family Care Foundation. During my career, I’ve worked as a pro-bono Christian educator with high school youth programs, anti-narcotic programs and career counseling.
After a very enjoyable 26 year tenure in the East, an opportunity opened for me within our organization to transfer to Brazil.  I continued working 7 years in the area of innovative business teamworking and coaching as well as adjusting to the cultural differences of Latin America.

I have also co-founded “LifeTalk”, a university social project in Brazil where English and values meet.  A new concept that joins the growing need in English with life-topics and self-help.  Recognizing the growing need for English in Brazil for professionals, “LifeTalk” was born. Coupled with this is the apparent vacuum for ethics and values which provide an important balance in forming total and complete individuals, developing professionals that make a difference.

Becoming a certified Life Coach and Group Leader, training with CII has brought me to another level and is giving me an opportunity to use my God-given abilities to assist people in living to their full potential.

Taking the first step to find a coach has its concerns, the cost not being the least.
