A transformation coach and consultant, Virginia has a wealth of experience in helping individuals and organizations through major change. She has over 25 years leadership experience in coaching, business transformation, technology planning, collaborative team building and project management in the public and private sectors.  She is a trained certified professional coach and a body, mind, spirit coach.

Virginia specializes in assisting individuals ask why, how, what: why I am here, how I will be, what I will do - clarifying purpose, intention and a way of being in the world.  She facilitates change from the perspective of what is possible - no matter how difficult and challenging the change there are endless possibilities that manifest and can become a new reality.

Her work with organizations focuses on clarifying organizational purpose and key supporting business processes; identifying opportunities for change; developing strategies for collaboration, partnership and advocacy; building effective teams and
ensuring the human side of change is carefully considered.

Virginia believes in living life in the most impetuous, irresponsible and gloriously wonderful way she can. She is committed to helping others find their authentic selves, and to live joyfully, and bravely, full of bliss.

Virginia is trained in leadership, coaching, business transformation, project and change management.

She has won numerous national and provincial awards for innovation, leadership, business transformation and technology solutions.  Virginia is well known as a leader in justice innovation and improving access to justice. Her vision of Integrated Justice has resulted in British Columbia being the acknowledged leader in North America in innovative service delivery, technology and fostering open courts through improved access.

It was while envisioning and leading several major justice transformation projects that Virginia discovered her true passion:

imagining the possibilities and bringing people together to create new realities, to learn, connect, grow, and build a better world.  The loss of the love of countless lifetimes through divorce and a major organizational change led to a year's sabbatical and a decision to truly dance through life, to help others connect with themselves and find how they were meant to serve; to re-discover fun and be unafraid to live their authentic selves, to live joyfully and with purpose.
