Who is Shane Balceto?

I am an honest, loving, warm-hearted person who loves to work with others and grow strong TEAMS. I live my life fully, each and every day. I strongly believe that my attitude and choices of words have led me to success in all I do. I am becoming what I choose to become! In turn, I will do my part to leave this world a little better then it was when I joined it. Mostly though, I am here to serve.

Over the years, a major part of my growth has come from the people who were introduced in my life for one reason or another, and they changed me for the better forever. Several appeared for a small encounter to simply teach me one thing. As life moves on, I know many more will be brought my way. And even though some are no longer part of my life, I carry their life lessons with me. My own coaches are part of this
special group of people.

I have helped people all over the world step out of their comfort zones and create magic in their lives. I am a master at being able to see both sides of the coin. Being visually impaired all of my life has forced me to see things in new and magical ways, while it has also given me the ability to help others see things differently.
I am a natural giver, mentor, and achiever. I love teaching and helping others to overcome challenges. I believe in following your dreams, a lesson I learned from Walt Disney, the visionary who gave us Mickey Mouse.

In my early twenties, I was introduced to Jim Rohn. With the love of personal development sparked, I found value in all of his studies. Utilizing technology, I now teach others the lessons I have acquired from my personal challenges and my successes as an entrepreneur. I also enjoy connecting with others through social media, and I’m amazed how it helps us all in so many ways.

I believe that all of us should use all the senses we are given to their fullest potential. I am currently developing products and tools for personal development and success.

I am living proof that anyone can succeed, no matter the circumstances. I thoroughly enjoy creating strong friendships and teams. I am making a difference in the lives of everyone I encounter.  I wish to continue this path and would love to get to know YOU.

Because of my physical challenges, I’ve sadly discovered that discrimination does exist, even though it shouldn't. My best alternative was to work from home, and this choice turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I am home all day, every day, with my two kids. I
have learned a lot about others and about myself. I am definitely an energetic, smart aleck, stay-at-home dad.

Google my name, and you will find I hold many business titles. However, the titles that do not show up are the ones I cherish the most: son, husband, grandson, great grandson, friend, brother and the best one of all, work at home DAD!

I will most certainly always be a kid at heart, and I put all of me into everything I do. I love working with others and live my life with the TEAM spirit …
